Unused credits do not roll over. A failed task returns its reserved credit. Downloading a completed result again does not use another credit.
Before you begin
Where do tenders come from?
Slovenian contract notices are imported from TED. You can upload documents for national tenders. PJN publishes notices and documents; e-JN also supports bid submission. BIDWAY does not claim to cover every Slovenian tender.
What does analysis cover?
Tender conditions, instructions, technical specifications, draft contracts, forms and available amendments or clarifications. Analysis covers only sources actually read. Detailed drawings and other omitted material remain listed for review in the original source.
Does BIDWAY create ESPD and official certificates?
Complete ESPD using the original XML and official eESPD tool. A PDF report does not replace ESPD. Obtain FURS, criminal-record, guarantee and other official evidence from authorised issuers.
Does the system submit my bid?
No. Verify your details and the latest amendments, sign required documents and submit as instructed by the authority. BIDWAY does not create electronic signatures.
What does company matching mean?
Ranking by activity, keywords, related terms, exclusions and CPV. A match score is not a probability of success or proof of eligibility.
Are documents automatically up to date?
TED notices can be rechecked. For uploaded files, you must review the authority’s amendments and answers yourself and upload the current documentation.
